Assistant Recreation Director

The Town of Ticonderoga is seeking interested applicants for the part-time position of Assistant Recreation Director for the Youth Program. This position assists the Recreation Director in supervising the operations of the After-School Youth Program for grades K-5 throughout the school year and the beach operations during the summer. Hours will vary up to 15 hours/week. The hourly rate is $14.71 and this position is not benefit eligible. Applications are being accepted through 3:30 P.M. on November 16, 2018.
Recreational Specialist for the 2018 Biddy Basketball Program

The Recreational Specialist is responsible for coordinating the Town’s 2018 Biddy Basketball Program. Interested applicants should send a letter of interest to the Town of Ticonderoga.
Groundskeeper This position is part-time “on call” (hours will vary) at $12.24/hour, with no benefits. Minimum qualifications are 1 year experience as a laborer engaged in groundskeeper activities or as a watchman. Applications are being accepted indefinitely.
Activities Attendant The Town of Ticonderoga is seeking interested applicants for the position of Activities Attendant for the After-School Program. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and have experience working with children. The After-School Program operates while school is in session between the hours of 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This position is part-time at the rate of $12.24/hour.
Youth Commission Member The Town of Ticonderoga is looking for interested individuals to be members of the Ticonderoga Youth Commission. This is a volunteer position with monthly meetings. There is also the occasional need to chaperone an event and opportunity to share your talents and abilities through the commission. A passion for working with children is imperative for the success of the program.
